WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

- Domestic Standard Rate INR 100

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

 

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, if you would like to make a purchase from outside India, please write to us at otsuclothingco@gmail.com 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

As a slow fashion brand, we make garments to order so it takes a little longer. Within India, the order will be      delivered in 7-14 days.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number

 

WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS?

Otsü Clothing Co. is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural                        disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier              company with the provided tracking number to receive updates

 

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?

For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or          refusal to pay custom fees - Otsü Clothing Co, does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the          return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to            pay the shipping fees once again.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As a sustainable small business, returns affects our cash flow and our growth. While we understand things always don't work out, we are here to help you with your purchases to avoid any returns. Please contact us at otsuclothingco@gmail.com if you need any help with sizing, colour, fabrics etc before purchasing so we can avoid unnecessary returns. 

However, If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, you can exchange the product for something else in the same or a higher price range. Please email us at contact@otsuclothingco.in with your order number within 2 days of receiving the product. Once the request is approved, the item can be shipped back to our location. Shipping cost both ways will be borne by the customer. The product received must be unworn and not damaged to be eligible for an exchange. Once we receive and review the product, you can go ahead and exchange the product for something else in the same or a higher price range.

 

Please note that we will not accept an exchange for size issues as all our measurements are mentioned on the listing.
