How do I find my size?

We follow standard European measurements, but in case you have any doubts we have a detailed size chart:

  • The lengths of pants and shirts in all the sizes have a marginal difference.

Can I customise a product?

Yes, but only to a certain extent. As most of our pieces are upcycled on one of kind vintage pieces the sizes are limited we can only alter a tad bit. 

How is the product made? Where is the fabric from? 

The products are upcycled/stitched by machine & hand by our small but thoroughly trained team in Dimapur, Nagaland. The textile weave is handmade/handwoven in Nagaland and other states in Northeast India. 

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Ah, shoot. That’s one of our biggest nightmares. But humans make errors, we do accept that. We can exchange it with something around the same price range or you can accept a special discount from us for your next order. 

How long before I receive my order?

At Otsü Clothing Co., most of the work is handmade so it takes a little longer than fast fashion brands. The order will be delivered in 10-14 days.

How can I track my order?

We’ll email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Can I order something that's not in stock but I’d really like to have?

As we work on one-of-a-kind vintage pieces it's not possible to create the same design but if you would like us to customize any piece from our vintage section and upcycle it in a similar design, we can get that done with additional charges. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

You’ll just have to email us. But do so within 1 working day of placing the order.
